ABOUT AARON COOK

My \"About\" section will add value by answering most basic interview questions; at least this is what I would prepare for our time together.My ideal work will have challenging problems to solve (DMAIC); where collaboration and creative teamwork win the day (change management). I will work closely with Information Technology to automate as many value added efforts as possible.I will also build a network of high performers (SME) who would benefit the organization by learning six sigma methodologies (Green and Black Belts).I am all about open communication, crucial conversations are a must, trust and respect regardless of race, creed or religion (Master Mason Mercer 121).I will be forthcoming with ideas which may run contrary to the status quo but will always do so in a structured (FMEA, failure modes and effects analysis) with at least three solutions.Favorite Quotes:\"A problem well stated is a problem half solved\"~ Kettering\"I may not be the smartest person in the room, but I get the most out of those that are.\"~ A.
