   Primarily work as a member of the Brownfields practice group to help clients prepare, file, and defend audits of Brownfield Remediation Tax Credits, a New York State refundable tax credit available under the Brownfield Cleanup Program (“BCP”). Help clients to structure their deals and financing with the tax credits in mind to best achieve their development and environmental goals. Advise the client, their partners, lenders, and their accountants about all aspects of the BCP tax credits. As a firm, Bousquet Holstein has clients in the BCP all around the state - ranging from Buffalo to New York City. The firm has counseled projects that will generate well over $500 million in BCP tax credits.\\\\n\\\\nI also advise on other federal, state, and local tax areas, such as the historic rehabilitation tax credits and sales tax disputes.
