About Aaron N. Landrum

Over the years, I have become intimately aware of the health disparities that are present in many of our urban centers today both domestically and abroad. Whether in my own city of Boston or places as far away as Fiji and South Africa, where I had the opportunity to serve as a missionary. Seeing the inequalities that exist in my own city and in our world with my own eyes evolved my desire to aid in the rehabilitation of these lives and communities into a calling.My undergraduate major in Health and Societies with a concentration in global health and my minor in Africana studies cultivated an academic interest in community development with a particular focus on the improvement of public healthcare in urban neighborhoods. Furthermore, this interest led me to round out my skill set with a Masters of Management at Wake Forest’s School of Business. As a current Management student, I am actively developing the necessary language and understanding to be an advocate who can speak with nuance to both the moral argument and the economic incentives for improving the health of communities. I am excited to leverage my unique understanding of culture (such as music, art, and history), my academic knowledge, and personal experiences to develop innovative marketing strategies focused on solving healthcare disparities. I am currently seeking a role that focuses on positive community impact with a particular focus in healthcare.
