Leading both the Education and Community teams at Thinkific as a part of our Audience Marketing team. Our goal is to build a highly engaged following that falls in love with Thinkific for our valuable and action oriented educational content for entrepreneurs and online education businesses. To do this my team is- Building free self-serve education (online courses, workshops, etc.) tackling skill and knowledge gaps online education business owners and employees have that stand in the way of their continued success- Creating paid, live cohort based courses featuring lessons, resources, live group coaching and office hours that effectively reduce revenue and customer churn and contribute to customer activation, higher trial conversion and revenue expansion- Growing our thriving course creator community of over members and building new digital community spaces for creators to gather, support one another, and discuss current topics in the online education business space (and beyond!). My role specifically has me not only contributing to these programs on a tactical level, executing the strategy and working \'in-the-trenches\', but also as the owner for the strategy of these programs. I aim to scale each one to establish Thinkific as the #1 destination for online education and community for creators looking to start and grow online education businesses.
