From day one, as an AI & Automation Engineer, I joined GDS Group as an influential member of the AI, Product & Innovation team, responsible for building and implementing the engine behind a company-wide transformation—spotting, designing, and delivering automations and building Agentic AI systems that fundamentally change how GDS Group\'s business operates, as well as contributing to AI Governance, using my newly gained knowledge from the DataGuard Academy EU AI Act for Management Certification. Within the first two weeks, I mapped the entire enterprise architecture to a cohesive business model file (JSON), viewable with a custom-built React.js configurator, with 3x key new opportunities for revenue streams that had not been capitalised. In addition to that, I built and shipped an 18x Worker Multi-agent System to run atop GPT5 Codex, created 10 documentations with it and onboarded 4x members of staff to a \"Codex CLI from terminal\" workflow, unlocking parallel productivity gains of up to 300%. Alongside my senior team members, I hunt down bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual grind across the Sales and Ops divisions—and reimagine them as smooth, secure, scalable automations using an array of AI-powered workflows such as with n8n and Zapier, as well as Cloud solutions using AWS, and script-writing with Python, JavaScript and SQL. The agentic framework that I built then uses AI Architect, Documentation, UX Writer and Software Engineering agents to map a project scope through a full Software Development Lifecycle, ready for execution.
