Knowledge of strategic planning, fundraising; principles and processes for providing customer service including setting and meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction; leadership techniques, principles and procedures to assign work, schedule, supervise, train, and evaluate the work of assigned staff.• Ability to effectively communicate public health and fundraising needs, both in writing and orally, to the public, the OTMDC Board, James City County (JCC) Administration, and other stakeholders such as the general public, donors, health plans; supervise a large and diversified staff; establish and maintain effective working relationships with JCC County staff and officials, and representatives from the private sector or other municipalities.
