Port Colborne, ON, CA

As Director of SAT/ACT, I lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a comprehensive standardized test preparation program designed to help students maximize performance and access opportunity. I oversee all aspects of SAT and ACT instruction, curriculum development, assessment strategy, and educator training, ensuring our programs remain rigorous, data-driven, and aligned with the evolving landscape of college admissions. Further, I stay current on College Board and ACT updates, policy shifts, and broader admissions trends, proactively adapting programming to meet new demands. In this role, I design and refine instructional frameworks that balance content mastery, test strategy, and confidence-building. I analyze score data and diagnostic trends to guide program improvements, personalize learning pathways, and measure outcomes at both the student and organizational level. Working closely with instructors, academic leaders, and counselors, I set instructional standards, mentor educators, and build scalable systems that maintain consistency and quality across classrooms, cohorts, and delivery formats, including in-person, hybrid, and online environments.I also serve as a strategic partner to students and families, translating complex testing policies, score reports, and admissions considerations into clear, actionable guidance. From advising on test selection and timelines to navigating superscoring, accommodations, and test-optional contexts, I ensure families are informed and empowered to make thoughtful decisions. At the core of my work is a commitment to equity, access, and student growth. I strive to create inclusive, high-impact test prep experiences that demystify standardized testing, reduce anxiety, and open doors for students from diverse backgrounds. By combining educational leadership, analytical insight, and a student-centered mindset, I help transform preparation into measurable results and long-term academic confidence.
