In my Lead HRBP role, I partner with the Chief Scientific Officer and the Chief Digital & Information Officer to scale Vertex’s global Technology, AI, Data Science, External Innovation, and Computational Sciences teams. I shape digital, data, and technology strategy and translate it into talent plans, organizational design, and operating models that accelerate AI adoption, innovation, and digital integration.In my enterprise workforce planning role, I\'m responsible for aligning HR, Finance, People Analytics, Strategic Sourcing, and Digital/Data/Technology to connect strategy with capability and capacity across internal, external and digital. I lead the annual planning process and am building the infrastructure to measure how automation and AI change work, roles, and skills across the enterprise.
