In my role with NV5 Geospatial (formerly Quantum Spatial), I am the key decision maker for all aspects of IT Infrastructure. I have successfully completed initiatives that have modernized NV5 Geospatial\'s IT platforms to allow the business to take advantage of scalable, nimble, modern and cloud friendly practices. As leader of knowledge workers I understand that there is always more work to be done so I prioritize work/life balance for my team, recognition for above and beyond performance, and development to keep my team current with their skill set. These priorities help my team stay engaged and productive to help meet any challenges the business can throw our way. During my time in this role I have been able to successfully build working relationships with teams across divisions and functional scopes.
