   VBA: Developed several macros used in our corporate model. One of these, triggered by closing the file, automatically logs key changes made (along with a name/file/time stamp) with a delta of key metrics to the last saved version. Another example is a macro that changes the view and print settings of our key output data based on the intended user (i.e. high level for the BOD or more detail for other users) with the click of a button. • Dashboarding/BI: Customized workflow dashboard and built reports in Salesforce. Currently creating extensive financial dashboard in PowerBI. • Capital Allocations: Key analyst supporting the decision and execution of our comprehensive capital allocation strategy including fixed dividends, debt, equity repurchases, and ongoing analysis of shareholder returns. • M&A Analysis: Modeled various scenarios and provided pro forma forecasts to the executives and advisers resulting in our $8bn acquisition of Rice Energy in 2017. Assessed the accretion/dilution effects and corporate impacts of various upstream and midstream asset purchases. Provided similar analytical support for other acquisitions including Chevron Appalachia (~$1 bn value), Alta Resources (~$3 bn value), and Tug Hill & XcL Midstream (pending FTC approval;~$5 bn value). Built a merger model to quickly evaluate combinations with a list of peers.
