ABOUT AARON HOWELLS

Aaron, a professional and experienced Delivery Director, who is part of the Identity and Fraud Leadership team, accountable for several delivery teams spanning several global locations with circa 50 resources reporting upwards into Aaron\'s reporting line. Aaron has a proven track record of ensuring projects are delivered to a high quality and within budget by effectively organising, managing and utilising all resources within both public and private sector accounts. Aaron has led engineering and delivery team on all a wide variety of technical projects within the cloud, infrastructure and application platforms, currently leading several engineering teams with ~50 engineering team members in his downline. Aaron has successfully evidences his ability to analyse issues and problem solve challenges in demanding environments whilst keeping a level head at all times. An effective team player who when evaluating opportunities and risk, is able to deliver innovative new solutions to many different challenges. He takes direction well and works hard to manage stakeholder expectations.In Aaron\'s spare time he is a keen footballer as well as holding an interest in badminton and squash. Technology of all forms is a major interest for Aaron who regularly reads and blogs about new innovations and advances.
