I work to develop an expert understanding of staffing needs, position requirements, and facility specific practices. Specific job duties include: •Interact daily with hiring managers to evaluate and recommend applicants for employment and fill vacant positions for assigned facilities •Use good judgment in interacting with all customers, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and corporate policies •Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system •Provide superior customer service and communicates directly by phone with prospective applicants in a timely manner •Review requisitions and job descriptions to establish an understanding of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required of successful candidates •Modify job descriptions and prepares postings for appropriate job boards •Collaborate with hiring manager and Recruitment Strategist to determine recruiting approach and solicit ideas on alternative sourcing methods •Establish action plans, including timeframe and expectations, for discussions with hiring managers •Utilize telephone screenings, resumes, electronic applications, certifications/licenses, and assessments to determine if candidates meet the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities to be a good fit for the position •Coordinate on-site interviews between hiring managers and candidates •Prepare and extends job offers/relocation agreements; Manage counter-offer process as necessary •Maintain a base knowledge of relocation, benefit, and corporate policies in order to address applicant inquiries
