As Senior Director, I build and guide one of the world\'s premier engineering teams for Cisco\'s Commercial West area, which is comprised of 15 states and enterprise customers driving $2 billion in net new annual revenue. I set the vision and strategic direction for my team of several hundred solutions architects to help our customers solve their most complex challenges. I spend much of my time building teams and enablement strategies to ensure we have the right people and talent necessary to address today\'s needs and tomorrow\'s goals. At a time when the pace of business and the acceleration of technology and applications are driving massive change, organizations need architectures to support highly connected cloud integrations and remote workforces. Leveraging the entire breadth of Cisco\'s product line — from data center and security to collaboration, networking, and modern cloud applications — as well as Cisco\'s extensive partner ecosystem, my teams and I transform the way our customers conduct business to remain competitive, resilient, and scalable.
