   At LvlUp Ventures, I am the head of NextUp, the hybrid startup accelerator-venture studio arm of the firm. I lead P&L, strategy, growth, marketing, and operations. I directly lead the strategic advisory of NextUp Portfolio Companies on strategy, GTM, product development, marketing, operations, strategic partnerships, hiring, and finance with the goal of assisting them in going-to-market and positioning them well to scale. In addition, I participate in LvlUp Ventures’ Fund investment activities by managing the deal pipeline, reviewing deals after their initial screening, and helping fuel the firm’s growth through assisting in strategic planning- Co-Founded NextUp with the Founder and General Partner of LvlUp Ventures, launching the business unit 10% ahead of schedule and filling the initial portfolio with exceptional companies in less than 2 months- Lead a team of 5 direct reports- Achieved high-growth in portfolio companies with the help of NextUp’s strategic advisory.
