I am now leading a Talent Specialist Team who provide recruitment expertise to support Life Science companies find those who have the specialist skills to commercialise their technology. The Talent Specialist Team covers a wide variety of roles within Quality, Manufacturing, LIMS, Software and Translational Science. My focus within the Talent team is supporting our Translational Science team. Helping to deliver the very best Science candidates to our clients, with a particular focus on: • Medicinal / Synthetic / Organic Chemistry • CRISPR / Gene Editing / Gene Engineering • Synthetic Biology • Cell & Gene Therapy Discovery and Translation • Viral Vector – Discovery • Computational Biology / Bioinformatics • Process Development / MSAT
