I spent seven years at Mammoth Biosciences as an early member of the platform team, where I helped build our CRISPR nuclease discovery pipeline and discovered NanoCas – an ultracompact nuclease that enabled the first AAV-delivered muscle editing in non-human primates. Along the way, I\'ve managed scientists, collaborated across computational and translational teams, and helped identify the key mutations behind Mammoth\'s first drug candidate.I now consult independently for biotech companies on nuclease discovery, protein engineering strategy, and platform biology.
