Aaron Delidow is a well-rounded executive with over 25 years of practical experience in management, finance, operations, sales and marketing. He began his career as an auditor for a national drug store chain focusing on mergers and acquisitions. He went on to serve in a variety of capacities in the performance improvement industry at Carlson/E.F. MacDonald, Maritz Inc. and Excellence In Motivation. Naturally inquisitive and analytical, Aaron relies on his experience, instincts and insight to make decisions with profitable results. During his career he has had many successes including closing multi-year eight-figure contracts, gainfully concluding mergers and acquisitions and consistently achieving his P&L operating budgets and objectives. Today Aaron is one of the principals in Provest Properties Inc, a full service business brokerage house. Provest focuses on helping entrepreneurs realize their dreams of business ownership. Services include financial and operational consulting, business valuation, development of exit strategies, business deal development, contract negotiations and facilitation. In addition to managing his practice, Aaron is an active member of SCORE a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide.
