About Aaron Cook
For the past 20 years, I’ve focused on building structures and cultures that allow creative and technical teams to thrive. My career began hands-on, as a touring musician and event technology specialist, and has grown into executive leadership, where my role is creating the conditions for others to do their best work.At LDJ Productions, I’m fortunate to work alongside incredible people, helping to guide the company through significant growth and change. Together, we expanded capabilities with in-house Creative and Technical teams, navigated a pandemic pivot to virtual events by creating new revenue streams, and built a culture recognized by Inc. Magazine as a Best Workplace (2025).My approach blends process with creativity: applying Lean and PDCA procedures to push for continuous improvement, and exploring how AI-driven workflow automation can reduce friction so teams can spend more time on what matters to clients: the ideas. I’m proud of the recognition we’ve earned on the Inc. (3 times and counting in my tenure!) and, more importantly, of the teams and client relationships I’ve had the pleasure of growing.What motivates me most is supporting the people doing the hard jobs, building environments where creativity and culture are the focus. I’ve learned that operations and the creative act aren’t just compatible, they’re integral.
