If we want a better world, we have to act as if we are in it already. I aim to redefine what a lawyer can be in a more Beautiful world. Hello there, and welcome to my LinkedIn profile! 🤝 My name is Aaron Burr. Sorry, no relation. But, like the Aaron Burr before me, I will soon be an attorney! I just hope my life will be slightly less controversial than his. I have a fun question for you: what is law? My Answer: To me, the law is something human. We are ourselves only in the context of others. So law is about relationships. No matter the problems we care about, we can only fix them through unity. My work involves:~ Approaching conflict through talking circle practices ~ Building nature based business structures (like cooperatives)~ Indigenous rights, for the ones who have sacrificed all to keep eternal knowledge alive ~ Ethical Wills (based around gifting wisdom, not things) Thank you for investing your time to read my profile.
