As a Success Advisor for the College of Business, I serve all students who need academic advising or career coaching assistance. I work in conjunction with the Academic Advisors and Career Coaches to review students academic progress, sharpen their professional resume\'s and cover letters, and guide them in career exploration and job application strategies. I also assist in teaching courses on career preparation and student acclimation. Topics covered in these courses include networking, interviewing, LinkedIn development, campus resources, and student wellbeing strategies.This role allows for me to build relationships with students and guide them on their academic and professional journeys. I get to connect with students on an individual level and help them on a path of identifying their strengths, weaknesses, passion areas, and establish a sense of self-authorship. This is an incredibly rewarding and motivating experience that I am very thankful to have!
