Responsible for preparation of monthly invoices for all LIIF contracts, recording and reconciling accounts receivable, reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, tracking notes payable, preparing payment requests related to notes payables, reporting on compliance with lender and grantor covenants, assistance in budgeting program revenues and related activities. Provide accounting and finance support in a wide range of areas including Contributions, NotesPayable, Child Care Billing, Audit and Tax Support, Internal and External Financial Reporting, andMonth End Closing Activities. Review contracts for the implementation of appropriate revenue recognition observing relevantaccounting literature and our revenue recognition policy. Analyze and evaluate all contributionsrestrictions, conditions and reporting requirements. Collaborate with the DevelopmentDepartment to appropriately and efficiently use grant funds and anticipate upcoming grants.Oversaw more than $20 million in grant funds through our National SPARCC Program.
