   Back when I first started running ads for businesses on Facebook and saw those new, beautiful leads pouring in I thought this was it… I looked at my wife and said “Honey, we’ve finally made it.” That excitement lasted about 2 seconds though as I was now hit with a brand new problem: The leads coming in were disappearing into a black hole… …never to respond or be heard from again. My clients would call the new leads coming in and sometimes the leads wouldn’t even remember opting in at all! To make matters worse Facebook’s rules went from silly to downright crazy to the point where I considered getting away from their platform altogether… Until one day I came across a high profile marketer who was talking about the exact same problems I was facing. The more I studied what was going on the more it became clear that not only was everyone struggling with these same sets of problems… …but that 99.9% of all Facebook marketers were going in the exact wrong direction trying to solve it. I’d chosen a road filled with failed marketing campaigns and casualties in every direction I looked… …but the more testing I did the more I began to discover that what was bad news for others is actually GREAT NEWS for you and me… You see, Facebook is currently thinning the playing field… …and giving preference to those of us who have cracked the code on what they’re actually looking for… But in order to win you must run your ads the way they want you to…and Facebook’s NOT playing around about it.
