ABOUT AARON ZBORIL

I have more than 20 years of professional experience serving privately held companies across a variety of industries and ownership structures. In my role as audit managing director, I have assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions due diligence, navigating complex transactions, identifying opportunities for process improvement and initial public offerings. I have served clients in several industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, leasing, consumer products, professional services and technology. In addition to family enterprises, I also serve clients who are owned by private equity investors, venture capital investors, and other private ownership structures.I currently serve as the U.S. Audit and Assurance Family Enterprise Leader. In this role, I am responsible for leading the development of our strategy for serving family enterprises, which includes not only the family business, but the family owners and family office as well. I also serve as the Deloitte Private Audit Leader for the Cincinnati marketplace. In this role I am responsible for connecting the vision and strategy from Deloitte Private leadership to our local office professionals, clients, and marketplace.Prior to these roles, I served for three years as a leader in our national office with a specific focus on private companies, including the development of our private company audit methodology.
