Determine if an action plan is required to achieve business plan goals.• Merchandising Analytics• Provide global market analysis and insights to Senior Executives, Category GMs, Global Merchandisers and Product team as inputs to the seasonal product development process, incorporate the following: o Market Trends (positive and negative)o Category long range strategies and financial objectiveso SKU productivity, MSRP, Volume and Good, Better, Best targets• Make meaningful inputs to the assortment selection process to maximize productivity & profitability.• Produce merchandise plan and in market performance analysis and recaps as needed for Category GMs, Global Merchandising, Global Product and Sourcing• Financial Management• Ensure alignment between Long Range Financial targets, Global Merch plan and Regional Merchandise plans• Communicate target and or plan misalignments as they arise
