Support the pre-closing stage of new Private Market investments by completing KYC/AML documentation, coordinating with legal counsel to finalize LPAs and subscription agreements, and ensuring all onboarding requirements are met.• Collaborate with fund administrators and custodians to open blocker entities, set up new investments in eFront and internal systems, and validate account structures and wiring instructions.• Monitor daily cash operations related to capital calls and distributions, verifying adequate liquidity, executing wire transfers, and reconciling transactions in a timely manner.• Review and validate GP notices, fund accounting statements, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and consistency of investment data between eFront, and external administrator records.• Lead the monthly and quarterly valuation process for Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, and Real Estate funds; review Capital Account Statements (CAS) and assess necessary valuation adjustments to ensure fair valuation in accordance with internal policy.• Manage the monthly hedging process, coordinating with custodians to confirm accurate notional exposures and hedged values for foreign-currency positions.• Perform investment cost calculations, management fee analyses, and income statement flux analysis to support quarterly financial reporting and management discussions.• Contribute to quarterly board reporting, preparing investment summaries, performance metrics, and valuation commentary for senior leadership review.• Support internal and external audits by preparing audit packages, conducting walkthroughs, and addressing auditor inquiries to ensure a smooth and timely audit process.
