I am a young sales engineer at Eaton with a goal to learn and develop my career. I have years of experience with customer service, and telecommunication/network infrastructure related work. Combined with my time at UMass Amherst studying mechanical engineering, I hope to apply my skills in a growing industry where my skills will be sharpened. Past work consists of contracted projects for companies and running businesses. Intermediating between the customer and service providers can describe most jobs. Projects are generally telecommunication/network related and vary greatly. Examples of work includes internal wiring, test and turn ups, phone/camera/printer/access point installs, and full network integrations. I have worked all around New England, from Springfield to Boston to Keene, NH to Warwick, RI. Companies that I have represented include Granite Telecommunications, Pilot Services, Genesis Networks, and AT & T.
