I worked for GWR at Bristol temple meads providing security and marshalling duties while the rail replacement and upgrades on the rail ways are on going. Our team has had to deal with everything from unauthorised parking, to people under the influence, and dealing with angry and aggressive individuals. We work closely with the staff, management and police to create a safe environment for passengers, all while delivering customer service and helping passengers out, wether this be with helping with disabled passengers, helping with baggage or just finding the right place to go.
