I have more than 20 years of national litigation experience. My practice is presently primarily focused on class action litigation, telecommunication litigation, and insurance litigation. I am Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation. I am also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator for civil and appellate cases and I satisfied the requirements qualified to be a court appointed arbitrator for cases in the Florida courts. While I remain in active practice in providing litigation and compliance services to my clients, in recent years I have been using the skills that I have attained over my more than 20 years to serve as mediator, particularly in cases within my primary areas of practice: class actions, TCPA and other consumer claims, and insurance disputes.
