   Finance Systems lead for delivery of Finance Digital Core strategy. Focused on delivery of integrations between key finance systems (Hyperion/Data Warehouse) and the new Exadata environment, while ensuring a sustainable process. Requires implementation of security model, data/hierarchy integrations, governance board, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, etc. Work cross functionally with Legal, global Finance (FPA and RTR) and multiple IT teams. Also, continue to ensure availability and enhancement of Hyperion platform, delivering incremental planning applications. Previously, managed the global Hyperion Planning and Reporting environment with support of a great team. Includes: integration activities, software upgrades, vendor selection and management, staff augmentation and continuous improvement. Current projects include integration of COV acquisition onto global platforms, completing the Hyperion Planning and Reporting implementation across Medtronic and managing the Hyperion platform upgrade to v2.4. Previously managed the CRDM Finance systems team supporting Cognos, Essbase and BPC for a global user base. This includes application deployment, systems integration (PDW), design, upgrades, user support, etc, always focused on the user experience and continuous improvement. Also provided FPA support to the CRDM IT group and CORE Team Financial support for a new product launch.
