ABOUT AARON TIMKOVSKY
As a Finance student with an interest in history, I’ve always strived to understand the background of things. My enjoyment of research and analyzing situations has enabled me to make informed decisions and approach issues with the context at hand. I am currently a sophomore at Baruch College, majoring in finance and minoring in history, where I’ve gained experience in analyzing problems from various contexts and perspectives. Through coursework I’ve taken in and outside the classroom, including a 20+ research and analysis-backed project I personally developed, I’ve been building skills in financial research, market analysis at the micro and macro levels, and Excel-based financial model creation. I also have strong communication skills, and I enjoy connecting with people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. I’m committed to growing these skills with others in programs such as RSSP. Looking ahead, I hope to pursue a career in wealth management, using what I have learned and combining analytical skills, passion for research, and connecting with others to do so. I am open to connecting with any professionals willing to share their experiences, offer any guidance, or provide information on internship opportunities where I could further develop my skills in this ever-changing industry.
