I am also an Executive Committee member responsible for the strategic business decisions, vision, culture, and broader management of the firm.I have been working in the investment industry for more than 20 years. Since starting at Manning & Napier in 2004, I have consistently moved upwards to senior and then executive management roles. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of our investment process and offerings, as well as the opportunity to build a strong relationship and solutions-based sales culture. I am committed to enhancing the sales team management process and engagement efforts, and always focusing on developing diverse talent as we grow.I am passionate about managing and training investment professionals, as well engaging externally to create strategic partnerships where our firm can provide value through our investment solutions. I am also very passionate about union construction trades and helping union members build wealth for their retirement.
