   Lead the environmental, health and safety (EH & S) and Operations Sustainability function for an industry leading manufacturer of major household appliances. Serve as the primary EH & S leader for the Business Area including all manufacturing and warehousing locations in North America. Report to the COO. • Position the EHS and Operations Sustainability strategy for North America including CAPEX. • Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, procedures and best practices, new regulatory requirements, and control measures that reduce or eliminate risks in Electrolux. • Coordinate site safety and environmental audit program including both compliance and ISO audits• Mentor and promote continuous improvement efforts in the NA EHS and Operations Sustainability Network• Lead key strategic sustainability initiatives including achievement of ISO 45001 certification, zero waste to landfill certification and climate neutrality within Operations by 2030.• Manage portfolio of legacy environmental sites including necessary control of financial reserves, consultants, and remediation activities
