Aaron spends his time and energy curating phenomenal teams to deliver value in science and technology focused businesses. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and has worked in manufacturing, engineering and operations management for 25+ years holding a number of progressive positions. These include leading transformational improvement initiatives in addition to managing engineering, maintenance and production operations in a variety of industries that span large electric motors, cosmetics, personal care and pharmaceuticals. Aaron\'s experience as a member of the Governor General\'s Canada Leadership Conference – 2015 provided rich learning and discussion with diverse groups from NGO\'s, Labour, Industry and Government. He is passionate about developing high performing teams that enable a group of diverse individuals to share their talents together to create value. Passionate about science, technology and innovation with a personal passion for improving public health around the world through vaccination and eradication of vaccine preventable diseases.
