I design and scale employee platforms that help large organizations operate more effectively.Over the past 20 years I’ve worked across global technology companies and enterprise organizations building workforce technology ecosystems that support thousands of employees. My experience spans employee experience strategy, HR technology platforms, digital workplace tools, and AI-enabled learning systems.In my current role I lead enterprise compliance and workforce learning platforms supporting more than employees.
