About Aaron Spinogatti
I’m a people leader coming up on 15 years in various Quality Assurance roles from Scientist, to Quality Engineer, to Continuous Improvement Champion and Compliance Process Leader. I\'ve primarily worked in supporting QMS implementation for implantable medical devices (both active and non) intended for global markets. I love to learn and truly enjoy mentoring and collaborating with people who love it too. I don\'t think there\'s much that can compete with a team coming together to build high-performing processes that solve problems which need solving, all while keeping the quality bar set high. I\'m excited about the future, especially the role AI will play in shaping how work happens, and am continually looking for ways to expand my capabilities in that direction. I believe in empowering my teams, championing change, and never settling for “good enough.” Whether it\'s optimizing a process or exploring how AI can revolutionize QA, I’m constantly looking for ways to deliver better results.
