Strategically plan sourcing of goods and services to support manufacturing and field operations both domestic and international utilizing SAP and Factory Planner (annual responsibility $250-300 million) • Execute procurement strategies in accordance with policies and procedures.(import / export compliance INCA etc.) • Issue purchase orders in response to material requirements established by manufacturing, field operations or project management.• Perform pricing reviews, forecasting models and review contractor qualifications for award recommendations• Support International Sourcing to support Production Enhancement Product Service Line (PSL)• Implement agreements and or contracts for local and international procurement of goods and services.• Collaborate with Demand Planning personnel in all areas to mitigate risk and add value to the supply chain to include capacity, strategies, logistics and quality.• Generate quotations (RFQ) and organize competitive biddings from various suppliers to obtain best quality, delivery and price for goods and services.• Budget standard cost and variance(s) for fiscal year cost rolls. • Interface with engineering group to solve machine tolerance build ups and other engineering issues.• Interface with engineering to determine scrap, non-conformance part acceptance and rejections per specifications. • Read and interpret prints to identify product dimensions and tolerance requirements to outsource machining services outside of Halliburton Manufacturing.• Assist in capacity planning and production activity controls.• Assist planning and control of production orders as they progress to completion.• Manage Material Quality notations and processes.
