ABOUT AARON SIEFKER

I love the team effort of bringing ideas to life. I’m an innovator, businessman, entrepreneur and team player/coach who loves “solving the problem” of bringing ideas to life. A strong intuition for what gets people (and players) excited, I’m really good at building brands. I like being on a team that works well together, a team where trust is essential to winning. I love sports and competing, so much good comes from “being in the game.” It’s where we learn the value of coordinated efforts and shared motivation. When the “the game” is coached effectively it creates a positive environment that inspires us to excel in all aspects of life. Athletics and sports has been a part of my daily life since I was three years old. Big wins are important but I also appreciate the lessons in losing. I love “the game” on and off the field. I usually find a faster, better way to get results – even when people and systems are stuck. I regularly challenge the status quo and facilitate needed change while maximizing limited resources. When leading, I’m objective but reasonable and driven to succeed. The people and teams I work with best, are open-minded and work hard. I really do like to win, which is probably why I enjoy start-ups. I’m a strong competitor and enjoy playing the game with excellence. With an ability to be intensely focused, I give every project 110%- always. Inspired by the future, I usually see opportunity where others don’t. I get excited about products that promise to be impactful and tenacious for taking an opportunity as far as it can go. I’m especially good with “last-mile” strategies. And while I love hanging out with visionaries, I’m also one of those people who can actually build the prototype – which puts me on both sides of the field.
