ABOUT AARON SHURTLEFF

As a designer, I focus on turning complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences. I\'ve worked across global companies and early-stage startups, building products and companies that align closely with user needs and business goals.I’ve led the creation of end-to-end design systems. Everything from foundational strategy to component libraries used across product and marketing. I collaborate closely with product managers to research, identify, and prioritize opportunities, and with engineers to bring thoughtful solutions to life, even when technical constraints are tight.Whether branding a company or redesigning a key workflow, I always start with the user: who they are, what they’re trying to accomplish, and how design can help them succeed. I’ve mentored students and peers, helping them center their work around real customer needs, with the belief that good design, even in small moments, can make the world a little better.
