Redesigned and deployed the vehicle integration and test ecosystem to improve fleet reliability, bring-up repeatability, and operational efficiency. Led cross-functional initiatives to standardize vehicle architecture and automate provisioning and maintenance using Ansible, improving configuration consistency across the fleet. Owned design and deployment of a prototype multi-lidar customer vehicle and established the integration approach for planned future deployments. Delivered infrastructure improvements enabling gPTP time synchronization, high-throughput data collection, and enhanced diagnostic and operator workflows.
