I have over 37 years of experience in overseeing successful maintenance programs. I believe in order to have any successful program it starts with good leadership and mentoring. You have to care about people and know what motivates them to want to do more than just come to work. I like to work with employees who challenge me in decision making so that we have the best solution not just my solution, but our solution. I have worked in refineries, chemical and pharmaceutical plants. I have worked upstream and downstream as well as local and international. I believe the key to success is building long term relationships and knowing your company as well as your clients. At the end of the day, it’s all about performance. First and foremost, Safety, then Quality and Cost.
