ABOUT AARON SCHUBKEGEL
I am currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Math at Western Michigan University.I have over 4 years experience in the HVAC industry as a lead HVAC technician. I worked on the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for both residential and commercial properties. In addition to installing and servicing units, I also designed and bid projects for both commercial and residential projects. This involved conducting walk-throughs with clients to understand their needs, while working with existing structures and designs to find solutions that best met their financial and logistical requirements.I have a strong passion and interest for construction and project management. As an Associate Project Manager at Mavcon Construction, I worked directly with clients to maintain clear communication and ensure smooth project execution. I was responsible for acquiring and managing subcontractors for projects in multiple states, including New York, Utah, Washington, and Oregon. Additionally, I assisted in coordinating projects for properties owned by Mavcon as needed.Athletics have always been a passion of mine. As the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Heritage Christian Academy, I focus on instilling a strong work ethic and drive in young athletes. My goal is to help them develop not only their skills on the field but also their character and discipline off the field.
