I serve as the regional finance lead for BIC’s end-to-end supply chain across Europe and MEA, overseeing financial performance across manufacturing, planning, procurement, supply & deliver. As a strategic business partner to the VP Supply Chain Europe and MEA Manufacturing Director, I drive transparency, cost efficiency, and financial rigor across an operation spanning 9 plants and significant logistics and co-packing networks. I lead a cross-regional finance team (10 dotted-line, 1 direct report,~30 direct and indirect reports), championing a culture of ownership, insight, and value creation.Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across manufacturing, logistics, co-packing, distribution, inventory, and CAPEX- Own the STDC process and quotation framework for all EMEA plants, supporting new product introductions and changes- Deliver clear, insight-driven reporting and scenario modeling to steer operational decisions- Partner with supply chain leaders on optimization initiatives, productivity programs, and investment assessments- Oversee manufacturing and co-packing finance teams in Europe and MEA, developing talent and instilling ROI discipline- Ensure alignment between commercial and supply chain finance on key cost drivers and strategic planning
