About Aaron Sayre
Aaron Sayre is an accomplished event designer & producer, business development leader and sales executive with vast experience in the world of events and entertainment. He has directly designed and produced hundreds of corporate experiences earning numerous awards and nominations from industry organizations. His passion for music and entertainment fuels his desire to create unique and memorable experiential moments for those around him – both personally and professionally. Based in the evergrowing city of Nashville, TN, also has a passion to amplify the global opportunities Music City offers. Currently, he is the Executive Producer and leads business development for EVA – a female-founded technology-driven booking platform that connects various industries with professional entertainment and interactive experiences for their events. Here, Sayre is responsible for servicing leading brands and companies with their live, hybrid and virtual needs. His goal is to make the entertainment booking experience streamlined and stress free for both the experienced buyer, as well as the novice, while demystifying the complexities surrounding talent booking. Sayre was previously an Executive Producer and Director of Creative Services for Hello! Destination Management where he spent most of his professional career. Here, he touched everything from business development, logistics, event design, implementation, relationship management, and employee training. In his current role at EVA, he is funneling his years of experience working with buyers into a new way of finding and booking vetted entertainment for all types. During his career, Sayre has worked with brands such as BMW, Colgate, Goodyear, Honeywell, JP Morgan, KOHL’S, Maybelline, Nike, Nintendo, NYSE, Sherwin-Williams, T-Mobile, Virgin Atlantic, Visa, Wells Fargo, among others.He’s currently a member of the International Entertainment Buyers Association, Meeting Planners International, and Heels & Handshakes. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications.
