As a Cyber Security Analyst at GTT, I leverage my expertise in security information and event management (SIEM) to identify potential security incidents, perform deep-dive investigations, and recommend actionable remediation steps. I collaborate with high-value customers to enhance security incident response procedures, ensuring alignment with government and certification body standards. I also contribute to the refinement of internal investigation processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending additional toolsets to expedite incident resolution.In addition to my role at GTT, I have experience as a Bureau Data Analyst at The Consultus International Group, where I handled client issues and queries, validated invoices, and generated reports using SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel. I also constructed team meetings between departments and clients to resolve matters and provide timely resolutions. Prior to that, I was a Data Management Leader at Chilli Guys, where I analysed data fields to identify trends and patterns, partnered with users to understand and define system requirements, and managed key tasks and resources to achieve cost, schedule, and strategic growth initiatives. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Cyber Security from De Montfort University.
