ABOUT AARON ROSSITER

Since undertaking a Bachelor of Construction Management degree at the University of Newcastle, following a successful period as a qualified bricklayer, I have worked on a number of successful residential and commercial construction projects in both the UK and Overseas. To date my roles have focused upon construction management, estimating, quantity surveying, and package management in roles across a number of challenging projects. My quantity surveying and construction management skills have consistently aided the procurement phase, pre-construction phase, construction and eventual completion of some challenging commercial and high-end residential projects; all while ensuring strict budgets are adhered to and profits are maximised. Furthermore, my trade background gives me the skills and knowledge to develop strong relationships with both subcontractors and consultants alike, leading to high quality standards of product delivery.
