   During my tenure at Romanoff Renovations (RR) I have had the pleasure of supporting the organization as we grew from a small, regional services company to a national enterprise with operations in over 25 states. None of this growth would have been possible without the dedicated teams of incredible associates and installers that service our customers. My greatest pride has been the growth and development of these teams and I am proud to have and continue to spend the majority of my time in support of our incredible associates. Beyond our teams, RR has always sought to be a leader in our industry with innovative work in service delivery, technology, consumer support, and community engagement. We are proud of the work we do and the communities we serve and I couldn\'t be more happy to call Romanoff Renovations home.
