ABOUT AARON REIS

I am currently the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning in the Cincinnati Reds organization. I have earned a Master\'s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor\'s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a Minor in Sports Psychology from the University of Evansville. Through previous internships and jobs, I have been privileged to train a wide range of clients including grade school, high school, collegiate, professional, and olympic athletes as well as the older generation.
