Aaron Reich is Avanade\'s Chief Technology and Innovation Officer working primarily with $500M–$2B companies at critical inflection points. My focus is helping organizations move faster by turning services-led models into scalable software, platform, and IP-driven businesses.Aaron runs teams that drive significant impact who are customer focused, bring innovation and value on AI, and operate with a growth mindset. Aaron has spent more than 20 years at Avanade, Microsoft and Accenture. His teams have created new revenue streams and Aaron is at the center of Avanade\'s investments to grow into new markets. Aaron sponsors and fosters Avanade\'s technology community and employee networks, and serves as a non-executive board member for Khasm Labs.Aaron was online at an early age and spent too much time with his family’s Apple IIC computer, which led to his current love of technology and its ability to make a positive difference in people’s lives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the College of William and Mary.

   I lead a global product, data, and AI team with a bias toward outcomes over experimentation.I architected and am executing a platform-led business strategy, shifting Avanade\'s services-centric organization toward a software + services growth model. I built and lead the team responsible for execution, enabling new recurring revenue streams through repeatable platform offerings and unlocking an eight-figure pipeline directly tied to the platform.I am leading the rollout of the platform business across 11+ geographies, aligning product, go-to-market, and delivery models to support scale while respecting regional market dynamics.A core pillar of this work has been enterprise-wide AI capability transformation. My team designed and is delivering an AI learning and enablement program impacting Avanade\'s employees, driving consistent AI adoption across roles and embedding AI into delivery, design, and operating workflows.Externally, I serve as a Generative AI and emerging technology advisor, helping clients move from experimentation to production by focusing on time-to-value, operational leverage, and differentiated offerings, rather than pilots that stall.I also built and govern a startup ecosystem partnership model, integrating startups and scale-ups to accelerate innovation cycles, test new business models, and expand the Avanade’s platform and AI capabilities.
