Oversee the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Access (DEIA) department providing strategic and creative leadership to advance the organization’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and access goals and initiatives in the arts and culture sector. Work cross-functionally to establish, implement and monitor accountability measures and metrics in alignment with the 10-Year strategic plan and lead to a more inclusive work culture, a broad base of diversity knowledge, and continuous innovation-Established key performance indicators, short- and long-term departmental and organizational objectives -Designed a regional Executive Leadership Professional Development Program -Executed the organization’s first Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Access strategic plan -Partnered with Human Resources & C-Suite to develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures -Responsible for leading the Board\'s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access Committee
