New single story slab on grade, structural steel structure with both light gauge metal stud and structural metal stud framing, metal roof decking, and plywood sheathing, metal joist, single ply roofing, metal standing seam roofing, drywall, metal clad siding, hollow metal doors & hardware, electronic locking systems, store front glazing system, interior baggage conveyor system, newly designed parking lot, flat work, striping & signage, cmu trash enclosure, new back up generator, new paving of taxiway over cement treated sub grade. New utilities to include: storm drain, sanitary sewer, power, data/low voltage, fire sprinkler and fire alarm.
